About the Event

The Church was founded in 1836 by a group of African American men who sought to create a community worship space that offered protection and kindness to all who entered. Docents will guide you through more than 185 years of Buffalo history, sharing connections to the Underground Railroad, Progressive Movements, and Civil Rights movements.
